The System Parameter Fusion Principle and its Application to Monitoring an Ultra-Energy Efficient House

Modern technology provides a great amount of information. But for computer monitoring systems, we need to reduce the number of variables to one or two parameters, which express the quality and/or security of the whole system. This paper presents a principle for synthesizing measurements of multiple system parameters into a single parameter and the different forms of its quality functions, and shows its application to an ultra-energy efficient house.
